Moss Vale Cruise and Travel has been operating for more than 40 years in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales looking after local, insterstate and overseas clients. As a member of Travellers Choice the Agency was the winner of the group’s “Award for Excellence” in 2001, 2002 and 2003 and achieved the much coveted “Hall of Fame” membership.
Owned and operated by Anni Baillieu since 1990, the Agency has a strong focus on all aspects of international travel. There is a wealth of expertise in cruising the oceans and rivers of the world and the Company prides itself on its attention to detail with every booking whether domestic or international. Anni worked with British Airways in Sydney for 7 years prior to becoming involved in the Agency. After 21 years at the helm Anni is now assisted by Jen Phillips who took over the day to day managerial reins in 2011. Jen has 25 years experience in retail travel including running her own Bowral agency and returns to retail from travel teaching. Carol Franklin joined the Agency in 1996 and has extensive experience with destinations such as Canada and Africa being among her favourite and cruising whether in Antarctica or the rivers of France, close behind. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail are legendary. Michele Whitham has in depth experience of New Zealand, her original home, but her extensive international experience and her calm demeanour will ensure that wherever you are going she will organise your arrangements with maximum efficiency. Renee Owen who has recently joined the Agency has a background in both retail and wholesale travel. Hailing from Queensland her knowledge of both domestic and international destinations is extensive and one day she would love to return to Egypt and see more of Africa. Denise Bradley has recently returned to the travel industry after working for a local agency and Qantas for 10 years. Denise looks after domestic bookings and holidays and cruising in the Pacific region. Julie Wheeler is based in Canberra and her career spans more than 30 years and she has travelled to almost every corner of the globe and her extensive experience covers every aspect of the retail travel industry.
